Big, BIG news!!! I finally, FINALLY laid sod last weekend! And when I say "I...laid sod," I really mean "We...laid sod." And by "WE" I mean:
Seth, Jason, Jamie, Teresa, LeAnn, Marcos, and Tyler (not pictured)These are my angels, my heroes, my friends who are invited to use my backyard anytime, even if I'm not there. Invite yourself over, invite your friends over, invite me if you don't mind!
What a day it was! We shot for the 2 hours between conference sessions on Saturday to complete the job. And if you remember, it was a wet weekend!
"We been through every kind of rain there is. Little bitty stingin' rain... and big ol' fat rain. Rain that flew in sideways. And sometimes rain even seemed to come straight up from underneath."

Thanks for the blog link! That picture of us makes it look like it was a nice sunny day. I was soaked!! My coat was completely soaked through and I was wet underneath, not to mention muddy. It was hard work, but I'm glad it turned out nice.

What happend to all of the work I did on the yard? Do I not get props? Plus, I tilled the ground so I get props on the harvest as well! Toddy
